Naabamart.com – Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Naabamart.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong title, wrong edition, etc.).

  • You received fewer items than you ordered.

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returns due to “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support
    Email us at support@naabamart.com or use live chat/WhatsApp (+88 0131-6009181) with your order number, the item(s) affected, and photos showing the damage or error.

  2. Return Authorization
    Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on packaging and drop-off/pick-up.

  3. Package & Ship

    • Safely repackage the book(s) in the original box or similar sturdy packaging.

    • Clearly write the RA number on the box.

    • Schedule a pickup with our courier partner (for Dhaka metro) or drop off at the nearest partner location (outside Dhaka).


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Naabamart.com will cover return shipping.

  • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., ordered wrong edition): You are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Inspection & Refund

  1. Inspection:
    Upon receipt, our Quality Team will inspect the returned book(s) to confirm the issue.

  2. Refund Issuance:

    • Approved returns: Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

    • Partial approvals: If only part of your return qualifies (e.g. one of two books is defective), we’ll refund for the approved items and ship back the rest.

  3. Notification:
    You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your refund has been initiated.


5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different title, please return the original item (per above) and place a new order.


6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • E-books or digital downloads (if applicable) once delivered.

  • Books with torn seals (if the damage is customer-inflicted).

  • Promotional freebies or gift items included with your order.


7. Bulk & Institutional Orders

For bulk purchases (20+ copies) or institutional orders, please refer to your custom agreement. In many cases, extended return windows or special terms apply—contact bulk@naabamart.com or call +88 0131-6009181.
