    Simply browse our catalogue, click “Add to Cart or buy now” on the book you want, then go to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You can review your items, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket

    • Bank transfer (account details provided at checkout)

    • Credit/Debit cards via SSL-secured gateway

  3. How much does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?

    • Dhaka metro: 48–72 hours, BDT 60 flat-rate shipping

    • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days, BDT 100 flat-rate shipping

    • Free shipping on orders over BDT 1,500

  4. Can I track my order?
    Yes! After your order ships, we’ll send you an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also log in to “My Orders” on Naabamart.com to see real-time status updates.

  5. What is your return & refund policy?

    • Returns: You may return a damaged, defective, or incorrect book within 7 days of delivery.

    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (to your original payment method) within 5–7 business days.
